This refund policy applies to all clients who have signed up and paid for our services. Payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise in this policy. Roqqet Media reserves the right to decline refund requests where work has been completed or if there is any suspicion of payment fraud or unethical behaviour.
Refund & Transfer Eligibility
To qualify for refunds or transfers, clients must meet the following criteria:
• Provide accurate information about products or services when submitting projects and campaigns, including any relevant history, such as suspensions on platforms or with other agencies.
• Inform and seek Roqqet Media’s approval for any changes to the product, site, service, content, or creative materials before launch.
• Use only the approved creatives and landing pages for campaigns.
• Adhere to the terms and policies set by 3rd party platforms which may impact implementation.
• Deposit the total budget and cover any associated fees before launching projects and campaigns.
• Comply with Roqqet Media’s Terms of Service.
• Have no history of payment disputes with Roqqet Media.
Refund Amount
The refund amount will be the remaining unspent budget.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued only using the original payment method. If this method is no longer available, additional information may be required on a case-by-case basis. Roqqet Media reserves the right to deny refunds if compliance is not met.
Processing Time
Refunds may take 5–20 business days to process, depending on the payment method.
